Toronto’s iconic island amusement park is gearing up to welcome visitors for the season. Centreville Amusement Park officially opens this weekend, and here’s what to know.
The beloved park will open its doors starting May 3, 2025. According to its official site, it will be open every weekend this May, including Monday, May 19, over the long weekend
Daily operations will begin in June and will run through Sept. 1, 2025. It will then return to weekend operations, before it closes for the season on Sept. 28, 2025.
If you have yet to explore the amusement park, you must this spring season. It’s only a ferry ride away from downtown Toronto.
There are over 30 exciting rides and attractions to enjoy, including 14 delicious food outlets. Be sure to take a ride on the antique carousel and the tea cup ride.
Ferries for Centre Island leave the city from the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal, right at the foot of Bay Street at Queens Quay. Stay on top of this year’s Ferry schedules for seasonal departure times, too.
We can’t wait for our next island adventure!
Will you be going this year?
When: Opening May 3, 2025
