This September, with this unique duo experience, sunkissed activity seekers can enjoy two summer rights of passage without risking the biscuit. Catch a good ol’ blockbuster and the cool lake breeze with the distance-friendly Calgary Floating Boat Cinema!

If you would’ve told us last year, we’d be this excited for some soggy popcorn, there’s no way we’d believe you.

For one week only, friends and family can set sail in pursuit of the silver screen and a few memories. Each cinema will allow 12 to 24 mini boats, each filled with a maximum of 8 people.

The outdoor theatre will show everything from golden oldies to new releases in almost every genre. Also, if you’re like us and have to keep your mouth busy during the movie so you don’t talk your way through it, snacks will be available for purchase before you head out! And popcorn? Well, that’s free with admission.

For more information, or to your purchase tickets, check out their website here. Unfortunately, they haven’t released any showtimes yet, but we’ll keep you guys updated! Until then, stay safe, folks!
