MTV is casting Canadians for a global dating show & here’s how you can apply

Though everyone’s approach and preferences are different, there are AT LEAST three camps of single people. Those who believe the right one will come to them, those who will put themselves out there, but don’t think it’s necessary to dive headfirst, and those who are seriously looking and looking hard.

Of course, no matter how you play the game, we respect you – and think that you should get paid for your efforts. After all, dating can sometimes feel like a full-time job. Sadly, the only place that this is possible is reality TV, but we’ve got good news. This spring those ready to settle down, (or just get a brand deal) will have the opportunity to do so on national television because MTV is casting Canadians for the next season of their hit show Are You The One.

The show, which secretly pairs up couples based on their compatibility then leaves it up to the contestants to find out who their perfect match is, has been on TV since 2014 – but is going global for their upcoming season.

From Europe to the States, Australia and here in Canada, producers will be searching for those who can answer “yes” to the following:

  • Have you found yourself suddenly single or been unlucky in love?
  • Are you ready to find your perfect match once and for all?
  • Are you over the age of 18?
  • Are you up to date on you COVID vaccinations?
  • Do you have a valid passport?
  • Are you available for four weeks between June and July 2022?

If this sounds like you, why not apply?

We won’t lie, the MTV submission form and casting process for Canadians is pretty extensive, but it might be worth it! Who knows, you could walk away with fans, money or your ‘person.’
