And surprisingly, the price has actually dropped for the first time in months, down to some $796,000. What will Canada’s average home price afford you in Alberta right now? Well, it’s time to find out!

For simplicity’s sake, we’ve set the cap at an even $800,000.

Calgary – $789,900

Calgary is known for new developments, but we’re looking at the heritage side of the city here. Located in Sunalta, this 110-year old offers both original features and updated rooms (most notably the bathrooms). What’s more, you’ll get 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and your own backyard!

Canmore – $795,000
