With an aesthetic that puts in work to upstairs neighbours that are as cute as they are, the Prairie Bazaar in Crescent Heights is a Calgary must-see for hidden gem-seekers and shopaholics alike.

This cohesive little store is actually located in the basement of the Tigerstedt Flea, a community-centred market with a heart for local creators and an incredibly unique inventory. Now, it might be a little confusing, but it’s worth noting that both shops also share an address with Strawberry Boots, another adorable little store that sells a variety of beautiful pieces.

From clothing to jewelry, stationery and knickknacks this trio shop perfectly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and will leave you with a bag full of things that you certainly didn’t go looking for – but absolutely need.

The doors are closed on Monday, but we would absolutely recommend checking them out between 11 am – 3 pm from Tuesday to Thursday 12 am – 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays or on Sundays from 11 am until 3 pm. It might just become your new favourite place!
