Let’s start things off with the square footage, shall we? You’ve got 2000 to work with. Holy smokes, right? But we’re not done. You’ve also got 2 storeys of space to roam. Not to mention mountain views and downtown lights to admire from pretty much every angle.
Now here’s where the 90s comes in. The place comes fully furnished, which is great if you’re into clip art-style coffee designs and multicoloured(??) glass. If you’re not, well… burn it with fire. But don’t burn the Brazilian cherry hardwood, ’cause it can probably be salvaged. And the 40-inch flat screen TV can stay.
Curl up next to the fireplace when you’re feeling chilly. Or, if that doesn’t work, take a dip in the oversized jetted tub in the master bathroom. Are you thinking what we’re thinking? Bubble beards and chill? Cool, we’ll come over after we’re done with Backstreet Boys karaoke.
You’ve gotta throw some parties on the wraparound balcony. These views are just too nice. But if you want to interact with the common folk (unlikely, we know), you can head to the gorg common areas to chill too. Your neighbors will probably be taking advantage of the private movie theatre room, the BBQ and fire pit area, and the luxury fitness centre.
Like we mentioned before, the place comes with 2 underground parking spaces, which is pretty much unheard of. It’s also in walking distance of 17th Ave, Sunterra (AKA free sample heaven), and the Stampede grounds. If you’re the “horses in the back” type, it’s time to drop $4600 and make this place yours. Yee haw.
