YYC is an ever-growing city with some of Alberta’s most beautiful buildings and coolest concepts, some of which haven’t even opened their doors yet. Curious to know what’s in store? Feast your eyes on Courtyard 33 by RNDSQR, an up-and-coming residential/retail hybrid in hotspot haven, Marda Loop.

With 63 units and space for stores, bars and restaurants Courtyard 33 is what they’re calling the “most diverse development Marda Loop has to offer.”

With a European-style finish and up to 965 square feet of space in each unit, these suites will be perfect for young professionals, empty nesters, and the busy entrepreneurial type.

The building will also have a large open courtyard as a way to make residences feel like part of a community which we think is super cute.

In addition to this, they also plan to incorporate the little things that make Marda Loop so vibrant, like public art! Two murals by local artists Cassie Suche and Katie Green will actually be featured as part of CY33’s open space.

For more information about the building and the area or to look at even more renderings, check out their website here and prepare yourselves, folks! Big things are coming.
