Les Subversifs
A balance of old and new, Les Subversifs offers a wide range of handcrafted spirits that put a fresh taste on classics, and use locally foraged ingredients and botanicals. Their name means “to be different”, and that’s exactly what they aim to do (and celebrate!). Each bottle highlights great historical figures with smaller spotlights in history. So, not only can you grab a bottle of your fav spirits, you can learn a little more about history while you do it. After all, who doesn’t love an underdog!
Spiritueux-Iberville
Spiritueux-Iberville is bringing the magic of the aperitivo lifestyle to Canada – and well, they’ve got us sold! The founder and master distiller, Mario D’Amico, focuses on producing Italian style liqueurs inspired by his grandfather who immigrated to Canada from Italy back in 1953. Their aim? Emphasize the beauty of coming together to enjoy drinking great spirits, paired with good food and good company!
