Seafood City International Grocery is now open in Calgary

Seafood City Calgary

We love when other countries are nice enough to share their tastiest spots with us. The most notable in the last few years being Jollibee, obviously. There are still lineups out the door on a slow day. Now, courtesy of our friends just south of the border, Calgary welcomes international shopping experience Seafood City!

Despite it being authentically Filipino, Seafood City was actually founded in National City, Calfornia. The grocery is known for its hard to find ingredients, affordable prices, Filipino specialties and products. These guys carry everything, and we actually mean everything.

They have goodies from ready to eat desserts and meats, to dry mixins. No matter how crazy whatever it is you’re looking for is, chances are you’ll actually find it here.

In addition to their brand-spankin’ new YYC location, they have locations from Toronto and Winnipeg to Chicago and Hawaii, with plans to open in several other cities. Just consider this a friendly seafood takeover!

Where: 3320 Sunridge Way NE, Calgary
