Birthdays are the best days but this spring, Calgary restaurant Rouge wants to celebrate, not for a few hours, but for an entire month! In honour of its 20th anniversary, the staple spot will be launching a tasting menu compiled of crowd-pleasing appetizers, entrees, and desserts from their menu since they opened in 2001.

From Thursday, April 1st until May 1st diners will be able to take a seat in the heritage site, for an edible journey through the last two decades via an unreal 6-course menu.
