Inspired by his daughter Ella, Paul Constance opened this not-for-profit spot to give those who have intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to learn and grow.

By not only raising awareness for an incredible cause but employing these very capable individuals, Lil E is able to educate the YYC community and prove that “each person has what it takes.”
Though their location in Sun Life Plaza is the first, they hope to expand giving more people a place to build on their employment and life skills. One day, they hope to create at least 10,000 careers for passionate and determined Canadians like Ella.
