Well, folks, it’s an open secret that Christmas this year will be unlike any other. Luckily, you can still enjoy a ‘new normal’ with Toronto’s annual Santa Claus Parade. Now in its 116th year, the parade has decided to go virtual! Here’s a quick rundown.

Instead of the normal route through Toronto, the organizers have managed to get Canada’s Wonderland as the venue. While it can’t be accessed in person, the private setting does mean they can go all out for coverage.

Which is great, since there’s a major lineup for the event. Music artists from Dolly Parton to Shaggy has signed on, and there are already 25 floats signed up for the parade. Of course, bands, presenters, and even some Christmas clowns will also be featured.

What’s more, this is the first time in parade history where it will take place at night. Here’s hoping that the fireworks show to cap things off is a sight to behold, as well!

The Santa Claus Parade will air on Saturday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m. ET/PT, on all CTV channels. Santa lovers, mark your calendars now!
