Rental of the week: A brand new luxury condo option on 17th Ave

Via Rentfaster

This brand new condo building is as wide-eyed and up-to-date as any Curiocity Calgary Rental of the week installments we’ve done. Seriously, it’s almost to-the-minute modern. The two-bedroom luxury unit is smack-dab in the middle of 17th Ave. Oh, and it comes fully furnished.

This incredible contemporary boutique condo includes hand-scraped engineered flooring throughout and a ton of windows with natural lighting. The condo also has amazing views of the Calgary skyline and the Red Mile, so be prepared to host plenty of envious pals.

Although this place is smaller than the last few that we’ve featured, the open floor plan is still great for entertaining. The kitchen island has plenty of seating room and it looks right on to the living space where the heart of any party would probably be anyways.

The kitchen cabinets are all custom built from floor to ceiling, with a matte finish and soft-close doors. Which are the best kind of doors if you’re prone to finger slams and knuckle dings like we are. They even include fancy under counter LED lighting.

The interior designer for this building was definitely on their game when they furnished these units. The accent walls are colorful, original, and vibrant. Plus, the furniture is neutral and high end, so you’ll be feeling as boujee and bright as can be.

The bedroom has a large closet, enough space to comfortably put a bed and side table and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. What more could you possibly need, right?

All suites have in-home laundry and air conditioning which is practically a must-have nowadays. Along with that, the building’s convenient location is only steps away from restos, shops, and bars.

This fully loaded bad boy is only a cool $1,700, which is beyond reasonable considering what it’s packing. The only downside? 17th Avenue crowds right outside your window on any given night. But hey, no one can have it all, right?
