Rental of the Week: A Beautiful Briar Hill Open-Concept Space

Via Rentfaster.ca

It’s all about big windows and bigger views this time around. This Calgary Rental of the Week is an oasis that brings in natural light like it’s a business and has an in-home spa experience like we’ve never seen before. Outdoor living, but make it indoor.

This ‘luxury in the hills’ home isn’t just another place to park it after work, it’s a lifestyle with walls. You’ll probably never have to turn a light on ever again, and you’re about to have thighs of steel because the staircases in this place are wild. Let’s see what this Briar Hill home has to offer.

CALGARY RENTAL OF THE WEEK

When you walk in, a hilarious joke that might be running through your head is “NASA called, they want their space back”. Trust us, that’s a winner. Also, how do you have a party in a space like this? You’d have to planet. Leave now if you can’t handle 5-star jokes, because we’re not apologizing OR slowing down.

Speaking of stars, you’ll be able to see plenty of those through the skylights in the three-story atrium. Ohh, that segue.

The living and dining rooms are open concept, and the kitchen was definitely built for entertaining. The seven-seat island is made of quartz, which is gorgeous, and there’s not one, but two dishwashers; There’s a full-sized standing wine cooler, all of the appliances are made of stainless steel, and are (obviously) state of the art.

The master bedroom has a seating area, fireplace and faces the downtown skyline. Boujee.  Also, it includes a large five-piece ensuite with a soaker tub, a skylit shower, and a water closet. Ultra-boujee.

The home has two bonus rooms that were previously used as office areas and a large laundry room with storage and a ton of counter space. More space = more opportunity for great galaxy-themed jokes, people.

The third-floor deck is accessed through the family room and has an incredible outdoor fireplace. Here you can curl up and watch the sunset, soak up the sun, or think of all the terrible jokes you told that alienated you from your loved ones. The deck also includes a BBQ and another fridge.

This 4200 square foot, four-bedroom, five and a half bathroom is a monster of a home and can be yours for the low, low price of $6000.00… a month. Pocket change.
