Here’s how you can beat the Stampede crowds in Calgary for only $5 this year

The kickoff to the Calgary Stampede is just mere weeks away, and this year, the fun is starting even earlier with early access tickets being offered.

The Stampede announced on Wednesday that festivities will be kicking off even earlier this go around, with Sneak-A-Peek Early Access.

You can be one of the first to visit the Midway from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, for just $5, plus feed and GST.

You’ll have the joy of beating the bustling crowds and enjoying early access to rides, games, and your favourite Midway eats with shorter lines, smaller crowds, and an extra $5 off Ride All Day passes.

Once Early Access ends, you can stick around and dive straight into the full Sneak-A-Peek experience, including shows, entertainment, and everything else Stampede Park has to offer, all with the same ticket.

Early access includes admission to Midway rides, games, and food only, and does not provide access to other Calgary Stampede venues, shows, or attractions outside the allotted time frame.

While we prepare for the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth to start, be sure to check out all the things you can do with your ticket to the Calgary Stampede and some of the best concerts to see, too.

You can nab the early access tickets to the Calgary Stampede online.
