Calgary Stampede 2024: Here’s how & when you can get in for FREE this year

It won’t be long now, Cowtown! The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth is just around the corner and there are already a ton of ways to save money.

Eager to kick things off on the right foot?

Write this down because the Calgary Stampede has several FREE days where families, rodeo fans and music lovers and enjoy fun in the sun.

Interested in saving a few bucks for food, beer or new boots? Here’s when you can get through the gates without having to pay.

Parade to Park

Going to the parade? Consider heading to the grounds or a day of inexpensive fun! Admission will be FREE between 11 am and 1:30 pm.

When: Friday, July 5th, 2024

Tim Hortons Family Day

There’s nothing better than pancakes. This year, check out Stampede Park until 11 am for a FREE breakfast (while supplies last) and access to the park!

When: Sunday, July 7th, 2024

TC Energy Community Day 

Want to hit the Stampede with your grandparents?! Admission will be FREE all day long for those who are 65+. In addition, the general public will also get complimentary access between 10 am and 2

When: Tuesday, July 9th, 2024

BMO Kids Day

Parents! On July 10th, you and your kids can enjoy a pancake breakfast in the GMC Stadium Courtyard between 8 and 9:30 am.

Not only that, entry will also be free for kids 12 and under all day long – plus there will be a complimentary variety show between 8-10 am.

Not a kid? Don’t worry, because you can also get in FREE until 10 am.

When: Wednesday, July 10th, 2024
