Get ready to woof! It’s spooky season, and we’re gearing up to celebrate Halloweentime with all our favourite furry friends.
Puptoberfest is back for another year, celebrating all things fall (and dogs) in Calgary’s East Village.
Make sure your pooch is dressed in their Halloween finest, then bring them along for this afternoon of live music, fall-inspired fun, and photo-ops.
There will even be a dog fashion show at 2 p.m., where your pup can strut their stuff!
Check out what to expect at the city’s cutest Halloween event.
Do you have a dog or two in your life who are itching to show off their Halloween costume?
Leash up your pup and bring them down to East Village on Saturday, Oct. 18, for a pumpkin fest fit for a pampered pooch.
The event is part of East Village Live, a year-round celebration of music, culture, and good vibes in the city’s most happening neighbourhood.
You and your dog will feel the energy of East Village like never before when all of Calgary’s dogs descend on Crossroads for a fun-filled Halloween dogorama!
You can participate in a pawesome fashion show, and snap a pic or two, giving your sweet pooch a smooch.
Dog caricatures will be offered by Rob Milton, as well as training demonstrations by Clever Canines.
This weekend is the perfect time to bond with your dog, and Puptoberfest is the best possible place to do it.
So grab a witch’s hat and a cape for Fido, and we’ll see you there!
When: Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025
Time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Crossroads — 660 6th Ave. SE
