If there’s one thing that Seattle loves as much as coffee, it’s probably beer, more specifically craft beer. That’s why it’s always exciting when a new brewery or tasting room opens in Seattle like Botanicale. It’s combination tasting room and plant shop making it pretty perfectly PNW.

The new tasting room is located in Fremont across from the iconic Lenin statue and underneath Uncommon Cottage. It’s downstairs location and array of plants inside give it a warm and welcoming speakeasy vibe that’s great for enjoying new brews. You’ll be able to taste a whole host of drinks from local breweries.

As Botanicale is brand new, they’re working out opening hours, with most days hours updated on their Instagram. As things progress you’ll be able to visit them during whatever regular business days and hours they determine. It’s looking like it’ll be a great place for North Seattleites to stop in after work or on the weekends.

What’s more, they plan on offering guided tastings which should be available soon. There’s lots to look forward to here and if you’re looking to try something new this weekend it might just be worth stopping by.
