If you find yourself longing for a simpler time, then we know a place where you can live out your retro, roller skating fantasy – and it will come to you!
Biggies Roller Rink is a bookable, 90s-inspired mobile roller rink in Calgary that delivers on every count.
Immerse yourself in throwback vibes and dancing beats. And remember, we said mobile. Forget bouncy castles (it’s not like they made them for grown-ups anyway), because you can book a complete roller rink for your next private party, wedding, or corporate event. Biggies will come to your event location and do the full setup for you — decor and music included!
Best party ever, and all you had to do was put on your best roller-skating outfit and take the credit.
Here’s everything you can expect when you book with Biggies.
Biggies is a full-service mobile roller rink based out of Calgary that services the city and surrounding area. Just imagine how cool this would be at your next work party!
The best part is how easy it is. Biggies provides everything you need, including the rink, skates, fencing, music, decor, and a vintage skate-check booth. The decor package includes a photo booth setup along with tennis benches for lacing up your skates and storage for any belongings you don’t want to carry around.
Packages are also customizable, so you can add extras like a DJ, lighting package, or even a gaming lounge complete with seating and a Super Nintendo and a Sega Genesis! Not a bad way to kill time while you wait for your turn to skate.
You can reserve your mobile roller rink online and select your add-ons through the Biggies website. It’s only $225 to secure your date and Biggies only takes one booking per day – so make sure to lock in your date ASAP to make sure you’ve snagged the rink for your party or event.
If you’d like a taste of what you’re getting into, Biggies also has a pop-up in Calgary at the Southcentre Mall Centre Court that you can check out. The cost to skate is a $5 donation to the Calgary Food Bank, so head over there to start practising!
Book a rink for your next event. It’s pretty much guaranteed to make your party the best of the year!
