These are the best workplaces in Canada for women

Great Place to Work has released this year’s Best Workplaces for Women in. Canada, highlighting a number of employers from east to west in all industries.

The annual list recognizes “organizations that provide an outstanding and inclusive workplace environment for women,” according to organizers

In order to be eligible to earn a spot on this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified in the past year. That also means they must have at least 50 female employees complete the survey.

And “90% of all respondents must agree that people are treated fairly regardless of their gender,” according to the organizer.

Great Place to Work then determined the best based on the average Trust Index score from female employees in these organizations.
