New year, new you? If you’re looking for a career change, global job search site Indeed has unveiled its list of the best jobs in Canada this past year.
According to Indeed, the data-driven job list is compiled using the world’s largest database of job seekers and employer behaviour. The list is usually released around the beginning of the year, but it has recently been updated.
So if you’re looking to start fresh in 2026, use this as a guide to help find something fulfilling and rewarding.
You’ll find that this list prioritizes salary, job growth, and flexibility. Per Indeed, for a job to be included in this list, at least 10% of job listings must contain the word ‘remote’ or ‘hybrid.’ What can we say? We love the flexibility to work from home.
Along with that, all the jobs listed must offer a salary above the Canadian median salary of $67,400.
“Other factors required to make the list include opportunity growth—measured by the change in percentage of job share, and the role’s availability based on its share of job listings,” adds Indeed. “The more widely available the role, the more likely it will make the list.”
Now, without further ado, here is the list of the 10 best jobs in Canada for 2025:
The full list can be found on Indeed.
