These festivals and events in and around Toronto are among the best in Ontario

The top 100 festivals and events in Ontario have been revealed for 2026.

Festivals and Events Ontario is behind this year’s list, highlighting some of the most popular annual gatherings in our province.

According to FEO, members of the group sent in submissions for consideration back in the fall of 2025, which were then judged by an independent panel of judges.

“Festivals and events of all kinds from every corner of Ontario were represented in the submissions – from community festivals to internationally recognized events,” shared organizers.

Voted entries are split up by region – 13 regions to be exact.

That includes the likes of Southwest Ontario Tourism Region, Niagara Falls and Wine Country Tourism Region, York, Durham and Hills of Headwaters Tourism Region and of course, the Greater Toronto Area Tourism Region.

If you’ve ever experienced a festival in Toronto, you know we’re home to some of the best around.
