Situated in Strathcona is a hidden gem that’s perfect for happy hour hangs and group celebrations alike: VV Tapas Lounge. The cozy spot is known for its creative shareable plates, internationally sourced wine list, and delicious sips, including the delightful “Better Off in the Dark” cocktail. With Depth Charge espresso vodka and vegan foamer, this pick is perfect if your main concern with an espresso martini is its sweetness level!

With plenty of gnocchi, ragu, and specialty pizza to pair with your drink, a meal at Sopra Sotto is always a good idea, especially if it’s accompanied by one of their “Maria, Maria” cocktails, which consist of house-made café de olla an espresso-sugar rim.

Featured on Zarak’s delicious weekend brunch menu is a slew of innovative cocktails, including “Not an Espresso Martini,” made with Turkish coffee and cacao bitters. So if you’re looking for a different take on the classic beverage, look no further.

Situated in a two-level character house, The Red Accordion is the perfect place to pop in for a spell. And by spell, we mean a round of happy hour drinks surrounded by vintage decor & seating. Their Espresso Martini also uses coffee brewed by House of Funk.
