Looks like it’s going to be another hot weekend in the PNW and you know what the means. We’re all going to be looking for ways to cool down. By far the tastiest option is treating yourself to some ice cream, so why not check out Aqua S, a brand new Australian soft-serve spot that serves up extravagant cones.

Aqua S began in Sydney, Australia with a goal to be the best soft serve spot around. Judging by the fact that even though they only launched in 2015, they now have stores in Australia, the US, China, and Singapore, it looks like they’re doing a pretty great job. It’s hard not to love a soft-serve spot that rotates flavors bi-monthly and has over 100 flavors in its history.

While all the flavors and flavor combos are delicious, the signature sea salt ice cream is what has folks coming back time and time again. It’s described on the Aqua S website as ‘sweet and creamy with a hint of saltiness’ and hails originally from soft-serve in Okinawa, Japan. It’s vibrant blue color that you’ll see all over the shop’s Instagram page is also hard to miss.

Along with the soft-serve flavors, Aqua S offers toppings like cotton candy clouds, toasted marshmallows, and more.

If you’ve been looking to go big with soft-serve then it looks like it’s time for you to head over to Bellevue and give Aqua S a try. They’re still pretty new as they only opened in July so be sure to show them some love. Of course, tag us in the tastiest pics you take. Enjoy folks!
