BC Hydro is hiring across its departments in Metro Vancouver with great benefits

Comprehensive benefits

In addition to a flexible work model that includes hybrid and remote options for most roles, BC Hydro offers benefits emphasizing a healthy work-life balance, according to its website. This includes extended medical coverage (prescription drugs, vision, dental, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and chiropractors), as well as a $2,750 annual mental health benefit, and a minimum of 15 paid vacation days – all of which are in effect on your first day with B.C. Hydro.

The company also provides emergency out-of-country medical travel insurance, group life and accident insurance, parental leave with a top-up of 85% of your basic earnings (17 weeks for maternity leave and/or eight weeks of parental leave), and unpaid leaves of absence for up to one year.
