Arlene Dickinson just listed her stunning Toronto loft for $7.8 million (PHOTOS)

Ever wonder what it’s like to live like a Dragon? Canadian business icon and longtime Dragon’s Den judge Arlene Dickinson has put her downtown Toronto loft on the market and it’s every bit as spectacular as you’d expect.

The listing describes the $7.8 million home as one-of-a-kind, embodying the “true authenticity of original post and beam construction.”

The sub-penthouse property on Wellington St West boasts soaring 14-foot ceilings, arched windows, French doors with south-facing views of the city, and a private elevator that opens directly into the suite.

The home features three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The principal bedroom is by far the most impressive, with custom chandeliers, a spacious layout, and a luxe ensuite with a deep tub.

Other amenities of the property include a home gym with an infrared sauna.

The photos also showcase the former Dragon’s eclectic collection of artwork and decor pieces. There’s something unique to look at in practically every corner of her living area.

From the listing photos, you might be able to spot some of Dickinson’s sentimental touches. In the dining area, a Dragon’s Den statue is prominently displayed on the floating shelf.

The large open-concept office space and the board room definitely serve as proof that this home is owned by a CEO.

While Arlene’s loft is not quite as large as Gord Downie’s former Toronto mansion that was recently for sale, the price tag is significantly higher. Although, considering the fact that it’s basically a three-bedroom plus company headquarters, the price is probably justified.
