Aire Ancient Baths, the Spanish wellness brand “acclaimed for transforming historic buildings into sanctuaries of deep relaxation,” is making its Canadian debut with a location opening in Toronto.
Aire Toronto is set to open its doors in late 2025, marking the 10th location worldwide and one of the largest. The building will stand at 23,000 square feet, and will include nine thermal pools, plus a range of “distinctive design elements and amenities,” such as a dry sauna, vaporium, 12 massage rooms, and two warm marble beds.
If you want an ultra-unique experience, try out the Wine Bath. Yep, this experience includes a private bath infused with the antioxidant properties of Spanish tempranillo grapes! The bath is followed by a cranial massage with a hair mask and a 45-minute relaxing full body massage. From there, you get a tasting of Matarromera wine paired with a selection of delicious cheeses.
“Set in the heart of Toronto’s Fashion District, Aire Toronto is located in a restored Edwardian Classical building originally built in 1912 for the Copp Clark Publishing Company. Recognized today as a designated heritage site, the structure retains its original wood beams and soaring pillars, now reimagined as the setting for Aire’s signature candlelit bathing rituals,” shares Aire.
Don’t take my word for how special Aire is, as they’ve racked up some prestigious titles:
When: Openings late 2025
Where: 510A Front St. W., Unit 100 (Portland Commons)
Excited? I know I am! I’ll be checking out Aire as soon as it opens in Toronto and will let you know my thoughts.
