One and two-bedroom units are available at the Parkside Village. As a promotional bonus, you can get 50% off your first month’s rent including complimentary parking. The rent includes heating and water, however, you’ll need to pay for electricity on the side. Units are renovated and there’s a laundry room on site. In terms of location, it’s just a walk away from a grocery store and other amenities.

If you’re searching for a one-bedroom unit, here’s a great option. With rent starting at $950, you get water and heat included, as well as 25% off Telus home services. The San Carlos Place Manor is located in the neighbourhood of Oliver Square and is just steps away from the Brewery District.

12925/12915 65 Street – $975+

One and two-bedroom units are available at the Century Plaza. As a promotional bonus, you can get 50% off your first month’s rent including complimentary parking. The rent includes heat, water, sewage, and garbage collection. Lucky you!

However, you’ll need to pay for electricity on the side.

Kinney Road Southwest – $1,200

This one-bedroom basement unit includes all utilities! For $1,200 you get a large space with separate laundry, lots of storage, and a four-piece bathroom. There is street parking and if you have a pet, there’s a $50 monthly fee PLUS a $250 non-refundable pet fee but your pet must first be approved by the landlord. There is a security deposit as well – $1,200.

But hey, all utilities are included and you get to use your own heating controls!

245 Edwards Drive Southwest – $1,250

There’s not much to share about this two-bedroom unit besides the fact that it includes heating and water. It’s in a quiet community, away from the hassle of the city.
