Looking for a new spot for your next weekend getaway? Well then, you should know about the new 70s inspired Hotel Zed that opened today in Tofino! This is the third Hotel Zed in the province, following locations in Kelowna and Victoria. Let’s check it out!
Apparently, the new one in Tofino is the most luxurious of the bunch. And from looking at the pictures, we have to say that it’s pretty damn cool. The hotel is oozing with mid-century modern flair, from the lobby to the guest rooms. Heck, even the outside sets itself apart from most BC hotels.

Plus, there are a few unique touches that make it extra special. Most notably is the fact that the lobby features a bike path through it. But, there’s also a disco den, a bird sanctuary, and even a Physic’s Den that features a drop-in tarot card read. Just make sure you pack your bell-bottom jeans for the trip.
So absolutely this spot is off the beaten path. Luckily, it’s oceanfront location puts you just steps away from the ocean and minutes from the town.
So if you’re planning a trip to Tofino to cap off the summer, keep this newly-opened hotel in mind!
