The iconic Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival returns this August, and this year’s headliners just dropped.

Taking place over the Labour Day weekend, August 31st-September 1st, Bumbershoot will be back at the Seattle Center featuring the Pacific Northwest’s best artists and creators.

Headliners for 2024 include Pavement, Kim Gordon, Cyprus Hill, James Blake, Kurt Vile, and Courtney Barnett.

Aly & AJ, Cypress Hill, K.Flay, Ladytron and Marc Ribille are also on this year’s bill.

At the festival, you can expect the return of fan favorites like the Fashion District, Out of Sight exhibit, and film program.

“Last summer, 40,000 people took the leap with us to usher in a new generation of Bumbershoot,” said New Rising Sun principal, artist, and producer Greg Lundgren.

“Built on a promise to return to the original mission of the festival, we broke the stereotypes around who we celebrate, assembling a wide cast of the artists, makers and performers who call the Pacific Northwest home. Bumbershoot is our moss-covered Mardi Gras, and we are thrilled to create a festival lineup that is a vibrant and diverse celebration of our region’s robust arts community.”

Ready to plan your Bumbershoot this year? Tickets for the festival start at $70, with a two-day pass also available for $125.
