Another week down, folks! And one week closer to that amazing summer weather we all know and love. Plus, with a little sunshine in the forecast, we can’t help but get excited about the next few days.

We’re kicking things off this weekend with a couple of niche picks! First up- the Edmonton Gem Show, which is taking over the Oliver Arena all weekend long and is sure to be a ‘rocking’ good time. Sorry.

Before we get into more ‘serious’ options, we’re thinking dinner and a show sounds lovely as a springtime night out! And naturally, Jubilations has got exactly what we need, with topics ranging from spoofs on Schitt’s Creek to The Beatles.

This is the last week to check out this show at The Citadel Theatre! The premise? “Culture, science and politics collide when twin white bison are born to a First Nation ranch.” Sounds like a great way to spend an evening.

Yeah, here’s something off the beaten path for our things to do in Edmonton this week. Over 150 artists will descend up the city for art, workshops, and of course, tons of tattoos. Finally ready to immortalize a picture of a frog or an inside joke? This is a one-stop tattoo shop.

Like we said, we’re running out of Oilers home games to check out! Of course, they’re making it into the playoffs (knock on wood), but each and every game matters, and their Friday matchup against the Avalanche is going to be seriously high intensity.

Brand new for 2022, this new nationwide food event has got some Edmonton names joining in! Go enjoy a delicious meal, enter the raffle, and maybe even win a trip to The Philippines themselves! Heck, we’re fine with just the meal part.

The AGA has got a serious amount of stuff to check out in April. What’s more, the exhibition Don’t Ask Me Where I’m From, which focuses on post-migrant art, officially kicked off this month, adding to the experience!
