EDMONTON OILERS

After over a week-long road trip, the Oilers are set to return to Edmonton! They’ll be facing off against the Winnipeg Jets, so get ready for some nice Canadian hockey action!.

FIFA WORLD CUP QUALIFIER MATCH

Prepared to brave the elements to watch some live sports instead? Look no further than the upcoming World Cup Qualifying match between Canada and Mexico. Not only is this the first time superstar Alphonso Davies will be playing for Canada in the city, but it’s gearing up to be the single largest attendance for a sporting event this year.

CITADEL THEATRE

THE WEATHER STATION

This ever-evolving folk/indie band from Toronto is coming to Edmonton this week! What’s more, they’ve got a new album to share with you, which fittingly is a reflection on climate change. Now that’s living up to your band name.

TELUS WORLD OF SCIENCE

Ready to learn something new? The Telus World of Science has got you covered. Check out the permanent exhibitions this month, or head to their IMAX Theatre for some stunning documentaries or blockbuster hits. They’re even showing the new Dune movie!

ELK ISLAND NATIONAL PARK

Think Elk Island isn’t worth a fall trip? Think again! It’s actually the perfect time of year to enjoy one of Canada’s biggest dark sky preserves. Head out in the afternoon, then enjoy some hot cocoa for a little bit of stargazing as the evening rolls in.
